Piektdien, 16. novembrī Lucavsalā, valsts svētku kulmināciju jau ceturto reizi iekustināja galvaspilsētā spožākais aktīva dzīvesveida piedzīvojums. Uz fotoorientēšanās sacensībām, Ģimeņu un piecu kilometru Kultūras skrējienu mirdzoši tērpušies un gatavi labai atpūtai bija pulcējušies ap 2 tūkstošiem rīdzinieku un pilsētas viesu, kā no Latvijas, tā arī no tālākām kaimiņzemēm.
